"The ramp /time machine and drum clock is back up and running. Stern sent us what I guess is there fix kit. It included a new motor and node board but did not say it was a fix or what the issue was. So... It's working again now. Cleaned/waxed Drop targets fixed Shooter rod/lane needed some adjusting launching ball flawless. "
