"Inlane flipper transfers adjusted. It's unfortunate but true with any pinball the ball hits the lanes and will push them back overtime. For now there good. Tilt has been adjusted. We play the game in league. As long as the game is not nudged or persuaded , it does not tilt. The games tilt is set harder as the topper adds features that make it easier. We just had a 1 billion game on it. It's good."

"Jetpack has calibration issues. Stern does not know yet what the hell the issue is like on rush for a long time. It's becoming more apparent in other peoples games as well. It's only a matter of time before it happens to all of the premium and les games. For know we have to deal until Stern has a fix. This feature unfortunately is not dissableable in software .."

"We are trying to find out the cause of the scoop issues.
The switch has been replaced twice and seems to be perfectly fine. And adjusted the bracket the ball seats on this seems to be a software or playfield wiring issue for intermitant internally broken wire.
We will keep attacking this as we can."

"Couple of very bizarre glitches, The right flipper stopped working in the middle of a play and the ball drained, and at least twice during play the "ball saved" message activated even though the ball did not drain, I saw a second ball kick up into the shooter lane while one was already sitting there (not during a multi ball) and was playing 2 balls (again not during a multi ball)"
