"STRANGE disc spinner is not sitting completely flush with the playfield when in the down position, which is causing balls to launch into the air when a ball travels over it with any velocity. Oftentimes launching it into the glass, but sometimes landing in other undesirable places, not able to be retrieved by the pre-programmed ball search function."

"Unfortunately this is one of two Stern games plagued with this problem. The node #8 520-6935-10 drives all 4 flippers in game of thrones le/premium and WWE. The 520-6935-10 board is no longer in production. Stern offers a replacement 520-6935-72 that claims to be a replacement for the -10 except that it does not work correctly in these two games because Stern did not test them by jamming on the flippers , you can get two-three 4 flipper flips simultaneously before they fall and the node board re-initialises. I have told Stern about this and I will have an update Saturday. These two games are the only Stern 4 flipper games that drive all 4 flippers of the same node board. This is a problem that multiple people are having. Luckily I have a spare new -10 board. I will update when installed."
