"Not sure if you were there last night or the 15th. I was there on the 15th and reset the problem. I think the through is going bad and have one on order. It will be a few days, in the meantime it was working yesterday, so not sure if it has gone back to that behavior. The app says they are not internet connect as we are waiting for management to get that up and running. Thanks for the heads up."

"Not insider connected , offline 4/15 and 4/16, also, machine is incorrectly launching two balls at game start due to a misread in the trough switches, causing it to think only one ball is in play. When one ball drains, the game believes the turn is over, disabling the flippers and causing the remaining ball to drain as well, repeating the cycle. This is typically caused by a stuck, misaligned, or faulty trough switch, really sad to see two machines at this location have this issue."
