"The metal piece that moves up and down, like a gate to the upper play field, is making sharp noise when it moves, due to friction with the plastic that surrounds it. Sometimes, it gets stuck and does not move down, therefore, the ball can not get to the upper play field. Overall, the machine needs a clean up and tune up. Though it is a 2020 model, it already looks a bit run down."
