"Ball gets permanently stuck in the wire slides after the ramps. Once a ball is stuck it acts as a ramp and shoots the ball straight over the flippers and into the drain. If you don't shoot the ramps the game is perfect. The man behind the counter said the company leasing the machine just came yesterday and won't be back for a month. :("
