"I played a full test game scoring over 500 million so it wasn't a quick game and there were no issues. The only thing I could think might be causing issues is magnetized balls so I replaced them."

"The machine loses the ball and does not release it and enters an almost endless cycle of trying to find the ball. This has lost me a lot of credits and is very frustrating. While the game can be fun when this happens I have no way to fix it and it gets mildly frustrating. I have tried hitting the sides and such but this just continues to happen. Please fix this soon"
