"The flippers are not working really good. Almost every time the bell goes the machine takes a while to get the next ball out. It does do multi ball so I know there are more than one ball in there. Just seems hard for the machine to find it. "

"Lock magnet not capturing balls. After a ball or two passing through and activating the lock feature, the game will light Final Draw. Shooting the Final Draw scoop will start Multiball, but only with two balls instead of three. A failed Multiball can be restarted with the Final Draw scoop, but not the lock magnet."
