"Aside from plunger & lights being out for months it's also had an issue where the metal bracket that holds the glass is loose & shifts a lot if you lean forward/backward and will actually short out the game tilting it. Multiple people reported in app but nobody seems to respond."

"Game placed uneven playing ground & rocks causing danger/tilt very easily. Right phantom flipper doesn't work. After launch metal gate now often directs ball to drain instead of to left or right flipper as it used to"
