"Yeah, it's better to have the ramp stuck up than down. The board that controls the ramp and clock was a defective design that they tried to fix in an earlier code update, but they still blow up, leaving the ramp and clock dead. (Have not had one last more than 3 weeks since the game was new) Stern has trouble sourcing replacements and Barcade is waiting for more of them yet again... Blame Stern for the ramp issues, unfortunately. It's harder to run brand new Stern machines than 30-year old Williams since Stern does not make parts easily available for new machines."
