"An addendum is that all the playfields are always dirty when I visit, I know birdys gets traffic like but with how much they charge per play they can afford the labor cost to maintain. It’s a gamble I keep losing but I’ll keep trying bc I love the bar"

"I used to come to birdys because the guy that owned them back in the day kept them well maintained; may he rest in peace. I’m not sure what the deal is with who they’re leasing from now (tho I’ve tried to ascertain) but they’re not maintaining. I keep giving benefit of the doubt but at this point I’m resigned that is the standard. For zepp the right flipper solenoid is barely working so you can’t hit half the shots u would normally and for Star Trek none of the pop bumpers or slingshots are functioning so it’s playable but without any of the “game of chance element” those features can introduce :-("
