"Paragon is a great game. I wish they’d fix the left inlane gate so the ball can’t back up the lane and drain. There are some transparent stickers on the playfield in front of the jet bumpers that will act as a track to drain your ball down the center when you don’t expect it. Frustrating. Remedy those two things and this game could be league sufficient. "

"Plunger is sloppy and plunge ball pathway isn’t true anymore making it very difficult to hit the vortex at all much less obtain the skill shot. Machine needs a thorough cleaning. Flippers are nice and strong. Chest Targets are chipped and could use some TLC. Game in decent shape otherwise."

"The ramp select switch is inoperative so if you hit the ramp during a multiball, the ball will deposit to the left out lane rather than the right in-lane. Ends the multiball scoring. Plunger assembly is sloppy making it near impossible to plunge the skill shot. Machine is dirty and all contacts need cleaning. Jet bumpers especially. "

"If you lock 3 balls by way of Thing, then they get stuck and the swamp cannot eject them. You have to tilt to get the balls to eject. Workaround is to lock balls in the swamp by not plunging for the skill shot saucer beneath Thing. Right flipper isn’t strong enough to shoot up stairway ramp. Ramp switch to select right/left in-lanes ball deposit is inoperative. Machine needs serious cleaning. "
