"This is machine is setup poorly.
1. The playfield is too steep, during the song multi-ball, multiple balls can get stuck in the launch area because the auto launcher cannot push the balls out due to the steep field.
2. The audio volume is set so low, I cannot hear the song at all.
3. The two bottom flippers are positioned too high. It's almost impossible to make the loop shots on both sides.
4. The play field is slanted quite a bit, the ball just keep going to the left side. Very easy to just drain through the left side outlane.
It's a pity to see such a fun and expensive machine gets wasted like that."
