"The machine is functional but I'm not sure if it ever gets maintained. The glass is super dirty and looks like it hasn't been given a dusting in years. The right flipper is a bit weaker than the left. The auto-ball launch is broken and balls will just sit near the plunger."

"Please fix (broken debris on playfield): There is a rubber ring stuck in the upper rollover on the right and it causes balls to become stuck until the ball search gives up and ends the ball (major play issue). I think the rubber ring is missing from the upper rollover center pegs (bottom peg), please replace the ring if possible. Other stuck ball issues: *The ball gets stuck at the top right of the machine after hitting the ramp shot (for MB or for the hurry up), it should loop left. *Ball gets stuck on the right return rail to right inlane, it hangs on the wire stopper/sensor shortly after it initially drops onto the beginning of the rail. *Ball gets stuck on the joker shot where the drop target is lowered. It pinches between the drop target and wire stopper above. Thank you so much!"
